Meet The Face Behind blend beauty!

I think it is important for you to get a glimpse into who I am as a person or business. What makes me... me. This will hopefully help you distinguish what sets blend beauty apart.

I was born and raised here in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I attended Orono schools and loved it. When I was 16 I worked at my first tanning salon ever, right in Long Lake. That is when I was introduced to airbrush tanning and of course, became obsessed with airbrushing. Junior year, I knew exactly where I wanted to go to college. I applied early and was accepted. Just like that I'm 18 and living in California to attend my dream school, The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. I received my business degree in Beauty Industry Marketing and Merchandising.  I like to think of it as the business side of beauty. While living in the O.C, I worked at a very well-known tanning salon. I was spray tanning celebrities and very high-profile clientele. I had an absolute blast. Next, I moved to Los Angeles to graduate! Naturally, I chose to work at one of the trendiest tanning salons in LA. I loved it! This was my favorite job . A handful of years later, I had done the CA thing and decided I wanted to try something new. Being the free-spirit that I am, I then moved to Austin, Texas. I made new friends, experienced a new state and I continued my journey in the beauty industry working in med spa's and high-end salons. Many airbrush tans and makeup brushes later, I opened Blend Beauty as a freelance artist!!

I am beyond grateful for all that God has blessed me with and am so thankful for my wonderful family and friends.
